Wingstop is seeking a Shift Leader to support the General Manager in daily operations and to guide the team in the GM’s absence. You’ll help recruit, train, and coach staff while maintaining Wingstop’s culture of hospitality and high standards.

You’ll manage guest interactions, ensure quick, friendly service, and monitor safety, quality, and costs. The role requires calm leadership under pressure, strong communication, and a willingness to do whatever it takes to serve the World Flavor.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of previous food service, retail or restaurant supervisory experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability/flexibility to work a changing schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays.
• Ability to problem solve and accept feedback to improve.
• Leads, trains and develops a diverse crew to stay high performing.

Responsabilidades

• Assist General Manager with staffing and scheduling to ensure timely coverage.
• Maintain a safe, clean and high‑performing restaurant environment.
• Greet guests, provide friendly service, and resolve low‑level issues promptly.
• Control costs by managing labor, food, and operational standards.
