Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in staffing the restaurant timely and efficiently.
• Direct the daily operations of the restaurant in the General Manager’s absence.
• Convey Wingstop culture and be a creative team player passionate about hard work and fun.
• Maintain operational standards and communicate maintenance issues to the Facilities Department.
• Control cash, property, product and equipment; manage labor and food costs.
