Job summary

Caribou Coffee in St. Cloud, MN is seeking a Shift Leader to provide strong store leadership in partnership with the GM/ AGM. You will guide the team, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold SOP and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of leadership or customer service experience, is 18+, and available for early mornings, evenings, weekends. Starting wage is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience.
• Ability to work at least one of the following: early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Preferred: High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts focusing on team engagement and guest satisfaction with a focus on Make Fun Happen.
• Ensure SOP and quality standards are followed consistently.
• Coach and provide feedback to Team Members during the shift.
• Train team on role responsibilities, product knowledge and promotions.
• Perform administrative tasks such as cash handling, inventory, and store orders as assigned.
• Develop Team Members and discuss career growth opportunities.
