Job summary

Caribou Coffee is seeking a Shift Leader at our Champlin, MN location to oversee daily store operations in partnership with the GM/AGM. You will guide a team on guest connections, product knowledge, and promotional execution while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year in leadership or customer service, are 18+, and can work early mornings, evenings, or weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience is required or you must be trained and approved by Caribou Coffee to take responsibility as Shift Leader.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with focus on team engagement and guest satisfaction, ensuring the core values are demonstrated.
• Oversee daily store operations and ensure SOPs and quality standards are followed.
• Coordinate with the GM/AGM on store goals, product knowledge, and promotional items.
• Coach and develop Team Members, providing feedback to drive performance and growth.
• Manage bank deposits, inventory, and store product orders as assigned.
