Job summary

Caribou Coffee in Apple Valley, Minnesota is hiring a Shift Leader to partner with the General Manager to guide daily store operations, ensure goals and standards are understood, and strengthen guest connections during every shift. You will coach and develop Team Members, drive engagement, execute SOPs, manage priorities, and help maximize product sales while delivering a warm, consistent guest experience.

The role includes light administrative duties and a compensation range of $12.75 to $21.25

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience required to take responsibility as Shift Leader.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts focusing on team engagement and guest satisfaction with a commitment to Make Fun Happen.
• Ensure SOPs and quality standards are executed accurately and consistently.
• Coach and develop Team Members with constructive feedback for growth.
• Perform administrative tasks such as deposits, inventory, and store product orders.
• Communicate priorities on the floor and delegate tasks effectively.
