Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Shift Leader to open/close, lead Guest Service, and bridge frosting with Guest Services. You’ll assist in crafting, keep the area stocked and sanitized, and handle light clerical duties. You’ll also coordinate order timing and ensure a warm, inviting experience for every guest, both in-store and over the phone.

Ideal candidates demonstrate teamwork, initiative, strong sales skills, and a friendly, detail-oriented demeanor in a fast-paced bakery environment.

• Open and close duties as Shift Leader.

• Assist in crafting departments and keep area stocked and clean.

• Assist guests in person and by telephone with orders.
• Operate and balance the POS accurately.
• Keep the retail area tidy and merchandised.
