Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes #233 is seeking a Lead/Key Holder to create a warm guest experience, supervise opening/closing tasks, manage cake orders and support daily bakery operations. You will educate guests on cake options, assist with decorations, and use the Toast POS system to complete transactions.

The role requires flexible availability, strong teamwork, and a commitment to hospitality excellence in a fast-paced bakery environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous shift-leader or supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and determine needs, following NbC SWEET Steps of Service.
• Educate guests on cake sizes, flavors and promotions; upsell accessories.
• Assemble and package orders, manage decorations and display quality.
• Operate the POS system accurately and process payments.
• Open/close bakery tasks including cash handling and security protocols.
• Ensure cleanliness, inventory and food safety standards are maintained.
