Job summary

Sitemetric is seeking a proactive Shift Leader in Wilmer, TX to oversee Access Control Officers on large projects and campus environments. You will ensure compliant operations, manage shift-level performance, and serve as the main contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.

The role requires flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, and a valid Texas Guard Card. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as an Access Control Officer or in a similar leadership/supervisory role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to manage multiple shifts and coordinate with site leadership.

Responsibilities

• Shift Oversight and Compliance: Lead and supervise ACOs assigned to a specific shift or project within a campus.
• Operational Leadership: Act as primary onsite leader when Site Logistics Leader is unavailable and escalate issues.
• Workforce Management: Verify attendance, time in/out, and performance; provide real-time coaching.
• Customer & Stakeholder Interaction: Serve as point of contact for customer representatives during shifts.
• Logistics & Administration: Maintain shift records, ensure equipment functionality, support scheduling.
