Job summary

Sitemetric in Lancaster, TX is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee Access Control Officers on large projects and campuses. You will supervise shifts, ensure compliance with site protocols, and support workforce logistics while serving as the primary contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.

This field-based role requires flexibility, a guard card (TOPS) for Texas, and a proactive, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Access Control Officers or similar supervisory roles.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage conflict and resolve issues quickly under pressure.
• Reliability, professionalism, and customer-service orientation.
• Flexible to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise ACOs on a shift or project; ensure deployment, training, and support.
• Act as on-site leader when Site Logistics Leader is unavailable.
• Coordinate with Site Logistics Leader; relay updates and performance concerns.
• Verify attendance, time-in/out, and provide real-time coaching.
• Serve as point of contact for customers; manage site conditions and workforce movements.
• Maintain records (attendance logs, incident reports, site access data) and ensure equipment functioning.
