Job summary

Sitemetric seeks a Shift Leader to supervise Access Control Officers on large projects or campus environments, reporting to the Site Logistics Leader. You will drive operational performance, ensure site compliance, and coordinate workforce movements to keep projects on track.

This role requires availability for shift-based work, including nights and weekends, and a current OSHA 10/30. You will forge strong relationships with customers and contractors while delivering high-quality security and

Qualifications

• Prior experience as an Access Control Officer or in a similar leadership role preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage conflict and resolve issues quickly in high-pressure environments.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise ACOs assigned to a specific shift or project within a campus.
• Act as primary onsite leader when Site Logistics Leader is unavailable and escalate issues as needed.
• Verify attendance, time in/out compliance, and overall performance of shift personnel; provide coaching.
• Serve as point of contact for customer representatives and coordinate with contractors onsite.
• Maintain accurate shift operation records and ensure equipment/technology function properly.
