Sitemetric LLC in Wilmer, TX is seeking a proactive Shift Leader to oversee Access Control Officers on large projects or campus environments. You will supervise shifts, ensure compliance, and serve as the primary contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.

This field-based role requires flexibility in hours, a valid Texas Guard Card (TOPS), and a customer-focused mindset to deliver high-quality service across dynamic construction environments.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising security staff or guards.
• Knowledge of site safety procedures and project-site rules.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ACOs on assigned shifts and ensure proper deployment and training.
• Act as on-site lead when Site Logistics Leader is unavailable and escalate issues as needed.
• Coach and monitor attendance, performance, and conduct of shift personnel.
• Serve as the primary on-site contact for customers and subcontractors.
• Maintain shift records and ensure equipment and technology function properly.
