Sitemetric is seeking a proactive Shift Leader in Lancaster, TX to oversee Access Control Officers on large projects or campus environments. You will ensure operational performance, maintain site compliance, and support workforce logistics.

The role requires flexibility and strong stakeholder communication. As the on-site leader when needed, you will cultivate relationships with customers and internal teams, delivering high-quality service in dynamic construction settings while upholding safety

Qualifications

• Prior experience as an Access Control Officer or in a similar supervisory role.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Reliability, professionalism, and customer service orientation.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Shift Oversight and Compliance: Lead and supervise ACOs on a shift or project, ensure deployment, training, and policy adherence.
• Operational Leadership: Act as primary onsite leader when Site Logistics Leader is unavailable; escalate and coordinate as needed.
• Workforce Management: Verify attendance, time in/out, coach staff, report concerns for follow-up.
• Customer & Stakeholder Interaction: Serve as point of contact for customers; maintain professional communications.
• Logistics & Administration: Maintain shift records, ensure equipment function, assist in scheduling adjustments.
