Job summary

Sitemetric seeks a proactive Shift Leader to oversee Access Control Officers on large projects or campus environments in Texas. You will ensure operational performance, maintain site compliance, and support workforce logistics as the primary on-site contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities include supervising ACOs, coordinating with Site Logistics Leader, managing attendance, and ensuring proper gear and processes are followed.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as an Access Control Officer or in a similar leadership/supervisory role preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage conflict and resolve issues quickly in high-pressure environments.
• Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and customer service orientation.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Shift Oversight and Compliance: Lead and supervise ACOs assigned to a specific shift or project within a campus.
• Operational Leadership: Act as primary onsite leader when Site Logistics Leader is unavailable and relay shift updates to stakeholders.
• Workforce Management: Verify attendance, time in/out compliance, and provide real-time coaching.
• Customer & Stakeholder Interaction: Serve as point of contact for customer representatives during shifts.
• Logistics & Administration: Maintain accurate shift operation records and ensure equipment is functioning.
