Job summary

Sitemetric is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise Access Control Officers on large projects or campus environments. You will ensure shift-level performance, compliance with site protocols, and smooth workforce logistics to deliver high-quality service.

Ideal candidates bring experience in leadership roles within security or access control, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic settings.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Access Control Officer or similar leadership role.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Shift Oversight and Compliance: lead and supervise ACOs on a shift or project; ensure deployment, training, and support.
• Operational Leadership: act as primary onsite leader when Site Logistics Leader unavailable; escalate issues.
• Workforce Management: verify attendance, time-in/out, coach ACOs, report concerns.
• Customer & Stakeholder Interaction: be point of contact for customer reps; communicate site conditions and movements.
• Logistics & Administration: maintain shift operation records; ensure equipment/tech functioning; assist scheduling.
