Job summary

Sitemetric is hiring a Shift Leader in Irving, TX to oversee Access Control Officers on large projects or campus environments. You will ensure compliant shift operations, manage workforce logistics, and serve as the main on-site contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.

Flexibility to work varied shifts is required. The role emphasizes building strong client relationships, enforcing site protocols, and delivering high-quality security services in dynamic construction environments.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising security personnel or Access Control Officers (ACOs).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with a client-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage conflicts quickly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise ACOs on a shift or project, ensuring proper deployment and training.
• Serve as escalation point for shift issues and communicate updates to the Site Logistics Leader.
• Verify attendance and performance, provide coaching, and document concerns for follow-up.
• Act as onsite point of contact for customers and subcontractors, ensuring a positive relationship.
