Job summary

Sitemetric LLC is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee Access Control Officers on large projects or campuses, reporting to the Site Logistics Leader. You will ensure shift performance, compliance with site protocols, and provide front-line leadership for the team.

In this role you will cultivate relationships with customers and contractors, coordinate with internal teams, and drive high-quality service in dynamic construction environments. A proactive, collaborative mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Access Control Officer or similar leadership role.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to resolve conflicts quickly in high-pressure environments.
• Reliable, professional, and customer-service oriented.
• Willingness to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise ACOs on a shift or project; ensure proper deployment and training.
• Act as onsite leader when Site Logistics Leader is unavailable; escalate issues.
• Monitor attendance, time-in/out, and performance; provide coaching.
• Serve as point of contact for customers and subcontractors; communicate on-site conditions.
• Maintain records, ensure equipment functioning, and assist with shift planning.
