Job summary

Sitemetric is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee Access Control Officers on large projects or campus environments. You will ensure operational performance, maintain site compliance, and support workforce logistics as the primary onsite leader when the Site Logistics Leader is unavailable.

This role requires strong communication, reliability, and a customer-focused mindset. You will build relationships with clients and contractors, coordinate shift schedules, and help deliver high-quality service

Qualifications

• Experience as an Access Control Officer or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise ACOs on a specific shift or project within a campus.
• Act as onsite leader when Site Logistics Leader is unavailable.
• Verify attendance and provide real-time coaching to shift personnel.
• Serve as point of contact for customer representatives during shifts.
• Maintain records and ensure equipment and technology function properly.
