Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a Shift Leader (Full-time) to lead daily operations, support the team, and ensure top-level customer service. Paid training and internal growth opportunities are offered as part of a fast-paced environment at multiple shifts.

The role requires 18+ years old, a HS diploma, and the ability to work evenings/weekends. Physical activity and a background check are part of the process. This position promotes from within and includes a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during the shift.
• Available evenings and weekends.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight.
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality.
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment.
