Job summary

WhiteWater Express Car Wash is seeking a Shift Leader (Full-time) in Dry Ridge, KY. This active leadership role oversees daily shift operations, supports a team, and maintains high service quality while ensuring safety and efficiency.

You’ll start at $15–$17 per hour plus biweekly tips, with paid training and opportunities for advancement. This role keeps you on your feet, leading the team through busy shifts and promoting a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Available evenings and weekends.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shift operations and supervise the team.
• Ensure tasks are completed and standards met.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve concerns.
• Assist customers with wash packages and memberships.

What You’ll Do (Fast-Paced & Active Role)

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed
• Support store opening and closing procedures
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment

This is not a desk job. You’ll be on your feet, leading the team, supporting customers, and helping the operation run smoothly throughout the shift.

What We’re Looking For

• 18+ years old
