Job summary

WhiteWater Express Car Wash is seeking a Shift Leader (Full-time) in Kentucky to drive daily operations, motivate a team, and deliver outstanding customer service. Starting pay is $15–$17/hour plus biweekly tips, with paid training and opportunities for advancement.

You'll oversee shift activities, train staff, handle customer concerns, and ensure safety, wash quality, and cleanliness. This active leadership role requires 18+, HS diploma, reliability, and availability evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Outdoor work in various weather conditions
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active
• Evenings and weekends availability
• Strong communication and team leadership

• Pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed
• Support store opening and closing procedures
