Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a Shift Leader to drive daily shift operations, lead a team, and ensure excellent guest experiences at our car wash. This role offers paid training, opportunities for advancement, and a performance-based bonus structure.

Starting pay ranges from $15 to $17 per hour plus biweekly tips. Flexible scheduling and a supportive team environment are highlighted, with a view toward internal growth into management positions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• 18+ years old.
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift.
• Available evenings and weekends.
• Must pass a background check.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight.
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality.
