Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a Shift Leader for a full-time role in Cincinnati, starting at $15–$17 per hour plus biweekly tips. Paid training is provided, and there are opportunities for advancement within a fast-growing team.

As a Shift Leader, you’ll guide daily operations, support the team, and ensure top customer service. This role requires outdoor work, strong communication, and a dedication to safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during shift
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather
• Must pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight
• Ensure team members understand and complete responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve concerns
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed
• Support store opening and closing procedures
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment

What You’ll Do (Fast-Paced & Active Role)

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight

What We’re Looking For

• 18+ years old

• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
• Available evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
