Job summary

WhiteWater Express is hiring a Shift Leader to drive daily operations and lead a team in a fast-paced car wash environment. This full-time role offers paid training, performance bonuses, and a path for promotion from within.

The position requires 18+ years old, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work outdoors with physical demands. Competitive hourly pay and biweekly tips are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and able to stand on feet during shifts.
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight.
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality.
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment.
