Job summary

WhiteWater Express in Fort Worth, TX is hiring a Shift Leader for a full-time role. Starting pay is $15–$17 per hour plus biweekly tips. The position emphasizes active leadership, team support, and excellent customer service to drive smooth shift operations.

• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality.
