Job summary

WhiteWater Express Car Wash is seeking a Shift Leader to drive daily operations, lead a fast-paced team, and deliver exceptional customer service. This full-time role offers paid training, growth from within, and performance bonuses as you help the store run smoothly across shifts.

Starting pay ranges from $15 to $17 per hour plus biweekly tips, with opportunities to advance into management. The position requires outdoor work, physical activity, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality.

What You’ll Do (Fast-Paced & Active Role)

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities

This is not a desk job. You’ll be on your feet, leading the team, supporting customers, and helping the operation run smoothly throughout the shift.

What We’re Looking For

• 18+ years old
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
• Available evenings and weekendsStrong communication and team leadership skills
• Dependable, motivated, and customer-focused
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies
• Must pass a background check
