Job summary

WhiteWater Express in Forney, TX is hiring a Shift Leader (Full-time). This fast-paced role puts you on the front line, leading a team, supporting customers, and keeping the operation running smoothly during your shift. Starting pay is $15–$17 per hour plus biweekly tips, with paid training available.

We promote from within, offer bonuses, and provide a supportive team environment with flexible scheduling and opportunities to advance into management.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during shift.
• Evenings and weekends availability.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight.
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality.
