Job summary

WhiteWater Express Car Wash in Cincinnati is seeking a full-time Shift Leader to drive daily operations and lead a fast-paced team. The role offers on-site work with paid training and opportunities for internal growth. You will oversee staff, assist customers, and ensure wash quality while maintaining a positive team environment.

The position requires 18+, a high school diploma, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. Training is provided; prior leadership or retail experience is a plus.

What You’ll Do (Fast-Paced & Active Role)

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight

This is not a desk job. You’ll be on your feet, leading the team, supporting customers, and helping the operation run smoothly throughout the shift.

What We’re Looking For

• 18+ years old
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
• Available evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Dependable, motivated, and customer-focused
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies
• Must pass a background check
