Job summary

Diversified Restaurant Group (DRG) operates Taco Bell restaurants and is seeking a proactive Shift Manager in Nevada. You will oversee restaurant operations on duty, drive 5-star customer service, and lead a team to execute daily tasks with professionalism and urgency.

As MIC, you will ensure policy adherence, support P&L goals, and coordinate with senior leadership to resolve issues and maintain a smooth operation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 6 months to 1 year of restaurant experience with leadership exposure.
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check and health/safety requirements.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members across shifts.
• Develop staff through training and feedback for leadership roles.
• Serve as Manager-in-Charge (MIC) and uphold policies and standards.
• Assist upper management with achieving restaurant financial goals.
