Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts is seeking a Shift Leader to coach Crew Members and uphold brand standards while delivering a friendly guest experience in our Des Plaines, IL store.

You will set daily goals, assign tasks, and motivate the team, while ensuring safety, sanitation, and high-quality products. Experience in cafe or quick-service environments is preferred, and strong teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching or supervising in a cafe or quick-service setting.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead by example and set daily goals.
• Commitment to food safety and sanitation standards.
