Job summary

A Dunkin' franchisee is seeking a Shift Leader to coach Crew Members, uphold Brand standards, and deliver a friendly guest experience.

You will set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate others while celebrating successes and giving timely feedback, with focus on safety and sanitation.

Previous cafe or quick service experience is preferred; you’ll join a competitive, team‑oriented environment with growth opportunities.
