Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts franchisee in New York is seeking a Shift Leader to coach Crew Members, uphold Brand standards, and deliver a friendly guest experience during peak hours.

You will set goals, assign tasks, monitor performance, provide timely feedback, and ensure safety and sanitation while fostering teamwork and growth for dedicated staff. Previous quick-service cafe experience is preferred.
