Job summary

Dunkin' franchisee in Pennsylvania is looking for a Shift Leader to guide Crew Members through each shift, ensuring fast service, warm guest interactions, and consistent product quality.

You will set daily goals, assign tasks, and motivate the team, while rewarding success and giving timely feedback to maintain high standards.

Experience in cafe or quick-service environments is preferred; a positive attitude and teamwork are essential to help the restaurant grow.
