Job summary

The Dunkin' Donuts franchisee is seeking a Shift Leader to coach Crew Members during shifts, ensuring operational Brand standards and a friendly guest experience. You will set goals, assign jobs, and motivate the team while delivering timely feedback and maintaining safety and sanitation standards on site.
