Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts is seeking a Shift Leader to coach Crew Members, assign tasks, and motivate the team to deliver an outstanding guest experience. You will set goals, monitor performance, and provide timely feedback to ensure smooth operations and adherence to brand standards.

Candidates should be able to work weekends and flexible shifts, maintain safety and sanitation, and contribute to a positive, growth‑oriented team environment within a franchisee location in Indiana.

Qualifications
