Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is hiring a Shift Lead to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced local fulfillment center. You will manage warehouse and light kitchen tasks, lead a team, and ensure accurate order fulfillment and inventory control.

We value reliability, strong communication, and a proactive approach to improving quality and efficiency. Training for food handling will be provided where required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Own shift responsibilities for warehouse and light kitchen tasks.
• Lead Operations Associates to ensure safe, productive work and on-time order fulfillment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and equipment security.
• Ensure quality, safety, and cleanliness standards across the shift.
• Provide escalation point for daily operational issues.
