DoorDash's DashMart is seeking a Shift Lead to manage day-to-day operations in a fast-paced local fulfillment center, including warehouse and light kitchen prep.

You will own shifts, guide Operations Associates, maintain inventory, and ensure safe, accurate order fulfillment while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Applicants should be 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and be flexible with schedules; food-handling certification will be provided.
