Job summary

DoorDashs DashMart is seeking a motivated Shift Lead to oversee daily operations in a local fulfillment center. You will manage shifts, coordinate team members, ensure orders are prepared accurately for pickup and delivery, and uphold safety standards across warehouse processes.

You will help maintain inventory, support both warehouse and light-kitchen tasks, and contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience while maintaining a positive, collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned shifts, including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety/cleanliness, quality, and training.
• Ensure customer orders are delivered with high quality by executing orders accurately, communicating with customers when issues arise, and making sure Dasher pickups go smoothly.
• Lead Operations Associates through their shift by ensuring the team works safely and productively and serving as the point of escalation for daily operations.
• Support operations in both the warehouse and kitchen, assist with day-to-day tasks, and lead by example to maintain a positive and safe atmosphere.
• Contribute ideas to improve our quality and customer experience.
