Job summary

DashMart is a local fulfillment center owned and operated by DoorDash. We are seeking a Shift Lead to run assigned shifts, manage inventory, and delegate tasks within a fast-paced warehouse and light kitchen environment.

You will lead Operations Associates, ensure safety and quality, and help improve operations while delivering high-quality orders to customers. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and coordinating with team members to maintain a positive work atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced physical environments such as food, warehouse or retail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate pallet jack/hand truck.
• Strong teamwork and communication in a shift-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned shifts, manage inventory and tasks in warehouse and light kitchen areas.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and safely, and assist with training teammates.
• Provide safe, respectful leadership and escalate issues as needed.
