Job summary

DashMart is seeking a Shift Lead to supervise local fulfillment center operations, including warehouse and light-prep kitchen tasks. You will own shifts, delegate tasks, ensure safety and cleanliness, and maintain inventory while delivering high-quality customer experiences. Strong teamwork and leadership are essential.

You must be able to be on your feet, lift up to 50 lbs, and use pallet jack/hand truck. Training for food handling will be provided, and flexibility in schedule is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college degree optional.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate pallet jack/hand truck.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain a food handling certificate (training provided).
• Experience in food, warehouse, or retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned shifts, managing warehouse and kitchen processes, safety and training.
• Ensure accurate order fulfillment and smooth Dasher pickups; communicate with customers when issues arise.
• Lead Operations Associates and escalate daily issues to maintain safety and productivity.
• Support warehouse and kitchen operations and set a positive, respectful work environment.
• Contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience.
