Job summary

DashMart is a DoorDash local fulfillment center seeking a Shift Lead to oversee warehouse and light kitchen tasks, ensure orders are fulfilled accurately, and guide Operations Associates through the shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to work in fast-paced environment and in warehouse/kitchen.
• Willingness to obtain food handling certificate (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Own shift operations, including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety, quality and training.
• Lead and support Operations Associates during the shift.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and customer pickups run smoothly.
• Maintain inventory and equipment, safeguarding assets.
• Foster a safe, productive, and positive team environment.
