Job summary

DashMart is seeking a Shift Lead to run daily operations in a fast-paced local fulfillment center. You will manage shifts, delegate tasks, maintain inventory, and support both warehouse and kitchen processes where applicable.

You are organized, physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, and able to obtain a food handling certificate. The role offers competitive pay, full benefits from day one, and opportunities for advancement within DoorDash.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalents required; college degree preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move heavy products.
• Comfortable using Google Docs and Google Sheets for shift coordination.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned shifts, including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety, quality, and training.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and communicate with customers when issues arise.
• Lead Operations Associates and escalate daily operational issues.
• Support both warehouse and kitchen tasks and maintain a safe, productive environment.
