Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is a local fulfillment center where you will lead daily shifts, manage warehouse and kitchen tasks, and ensure accurate order fulfillment. You will train team members, uphold safety and cleanliness, and protect company assets while delivering high-quality service to Dashers and customers.

The role requires physical work—lifting up to 50 lbs—and you must be able to obtain a food handling certificate (training provided).

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and move heavy products up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a food handling certificate (training provided).
• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred but not required.
• 18 years or older.
• Proficient in Google Docs and Google Sheets.
• Flexible schedule with multiple shifts per week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations in warehouse and kitchen, delegating tasks.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and inventory is maintained.
• Lead Operations Associates, ensuring safety and productivity.
• Provide customer service during order pickups.
