Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is hiring a Shift Lead to oversee shift operations in a local fulfillment center, including warehouse and light-prep kitchen duties. You will manage tasks, ensure safety and quality, and train team members to deliver excellent service to Dashers and customers.

You will own shifts, lead associates, and help improve operations while maintaining a respectful, collaborative environment. The role requires physical work, up to 50 lbs lifting, and a readiness to obtain a food handling

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• College diploma preferred but not required.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain a food handling certificate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead Operations Associates through shifts, ensuring safety and productivity.
• Familiarize with warehouse and kitchen processes, delegating tasks as needed.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and protect assets from loss or theft.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and customer interactions are smooth.
