Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is seeking a motivated Shift Lead to manage local-fulfillment center shifts, delegate tasks, and ensure efficient order fulfillment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will oversee inventory, safety, and basic light food prep where applicable, guiding team members to deliver high-quality service to Dashers and customers.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and flexibility to work various shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to stand for long periods and move heavy products.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Ability to obtain food handling certificate (DoorDash training provided).
• Organized and proficient with Google Docs and Sheets.
• Flexible schedule with multiple shifts.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned shifts including warehouse and kitchen processes and safety.
• Maintain inventory and protect assets from loss or theft.
• Lead Operations Associates to work safely and productively.
• Ensure accurate order execution and smooth Dasher pickups.
