Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a motivated Shift Lead for DashMart’s local fulfillment center in the United States. You will own assigned shifts, manage warehouse and light-kitchen tasks, ensure safety and quality, and guide Operations Associates through daily activities to deliver high-quality customer experiences.

The role requires being on your feet, lifting up to 50 lbs, and collaborating across warehouse and kitchen teams with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in food, warehouse, or retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned shifts, including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety/cleanliness, quality, and training.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and communicate with customers when issues arise.
• Guide Operations Associates through shifts to ensure safe and productive work.
• Support operations in both warehouse and kitchen and lead by example.
• Contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience.
