DoorDash, Inc. DashMart is seeking a Shift Lead to manage daily operations in a fast-paced local fulfillment center. You will own your shifts, oversee orders, inventory, safety, and training, and guide a team of associates to deliver high-quality service.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a proven track record in food, warehouse, or retail settings. Flexibility with schedules and proficiency in Google Docs/Sheets are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required; college diploma not required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate pallet jack/hand truck.
• Willing to obtain a food handling certificate (training provided).
• Proficient with Google Docs and Google Sheets.
• Flexible schedule across varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned shifts, manage warehouse and kitchen processes, safety, quality, and training.
• Maintain inventory and protect assets; ensure proper storage and handling.
• Lead Operations Associates and escalate daily issues.
• Support warehouse and kitchen tasks; model professional conduct.
• Suggest improvements to operations and customer experience.
