DoorDash DashMart is seeking a motivated Shift Lead to manage local fulfillment center operations, oversee warehouse and light kitchen tasks, and guide team members through their shifts. You’ll ensure safe, efficient, and accurate order fulfillment while maintaining inventory and equipment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, willingness to stand for long periods, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in food/beverage, warehouse, or retail environments preferred.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and operating pallet jack/hand truck.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned shifts, including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety, quality, and training.
• Maintain inventory and equipment, prevent loss or theft.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and communicate with customers as issues arise.
