Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is hiring a Shift Lead to manage local fulfillment center operations, including warehouse and light kitchen tasks. You will own shifts, supervise team members, ensure safety, and drive efficient order fulfillment for Dashers and customers.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and obtain a food handling certificate (training provided). Flexible shifts and a high school diploma are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree not required.
• Able to stand, move heavy products, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain a food handling certificate (training provided).
• 18+ years of age and flexible to work different shifts.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned shifts: manage warehouse and kitchen processes, safety, quality, and training.
• Execute orders accurately and communicate issues to customers to ensure smooth Dasher pickups.
• Lead Operations Associates to ensure safe, productive, and professional day-to-day operations.
• Support both warehouse and kitchen tasks and foster a positive, safe work environment.
• Contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience.
