DoorDash, Inc.'s DashMart is seeking a motivated Shift Lead to join our local fulfillment center. You will oversee daily shifts, manage warehouse and light kitchen tasks, and help ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and safely.

You will own your shift, coach Operations Associates, ensure inventory and equipment are secure, and coordinate with Dashers to keep pickups smooth. This fast-paced role requires hands-on leadership and a commitment to quality and customer delight.

Responsibilities

• Own your shift including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety/cleanliness, quality, and training.
• Ensure customer orders are delivered with high quality by executing orders accurately and communicating with customers when issues arise.
• Lead Operations Associates through their shift, ensuring the team works safely and productively and serving as the point of escalation for daily operations.
• Support operations in both the warehouse and kitchen.
