Job summary

DoorDash, Inc. DashMart is seeking a motivated Shift Lead to manage day-to-day operations in a fast-paced local fulfillment center, overseeing warehouse and light kitchen tasks as needed.

You will lead teams, ensure safety and quality, and handle escalations while delivering a high-quality customer experience. You will be on your feet, lift up to 50 lbs, and collaborate with a diverse team across warehouse and kitchen operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in food/beverage, warehouse or retail environments is preferred.
• Ability to stand, move heavy products, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Clear schedule flexibility and reliability for various shifts.

Responsibilities

• Owns assigned shifts, ensures safety, cleanliness, quality and training.
• Executes orders accurately and communicates with customers to resolve issues.
• Leads Operations Associates to ensure safe, productive shifts and escalation handling.
• Supports both warehouse and kitchen tasks and fosters a positive, safe work environment.
• Contributes ideas to improve quality and customer experience.
